This is a great question with a never ending list of answers! The biggest thing holding me accountable is my word. If I say that I am going to do something, I feel responsible in following through on my word. Actions speak louder than words. I want my actions to exemplify the person that I hope to be, the person that my mind says I am.
My children have heard these words, I cannot fail them. I want them to see that regardless of the challenges and failures I will/have encountered that I never quite. I never gave up on my goal or myself; I endured, learned, and adapted. I want my children to learn to speak with thought and act with purpose. I want them to dream big and work towards making them their realities.
I have shared my lifestyle and thoughts with you. I cannot expect to give advice, without living and following it- that would be to live a lie. I encourage you to share your goals with others; give yourself the responsibility to remain honest in your word.
